Team Jack-Day 5 with Steve my trainer.
This morning went well. Steve added more weight to my squat day. I managed to achieve all the reps with the extra weight added with the exception of the hamstring exercise. That one killed me. I was flat worn out. I have achieved the first goal of 50 reps on the crunch machine without dying. The great part about today’s workout was that I was at the gym an hour before Steve and jogged 15 minutes of the 30 cardio workout. Yesterday morning I jogged 25 of the 30 minute workout with a 3 incline and 3.7 speed, I never thought I would be able to jog that long. Tomorrow I am going to increase the speed a little and try to get 30 minutes of jogging. Kip, have the defibrillator ready.
Happy, you keep trucking and don’t let morons get your sprit down.

Wow-you keep jogging like that and a run down Bay Street in late July will be a "piece of cake" for you!!
I do find it interesting that the folks who are complaining about the dominance of the "Battle of the Buldge" blogs are the ones who are constantly "blogging" and apparently dont like to share space. Oh well, I for one, am enjoying all the participants blogs and will keep posting and reading throughout the competition!
Since your brought it up, are those "folks who are complaining" constantly posting blogs, or comments(threads) to existing blogs? Blogs generally provide the topics to discuss, while the comments or threads are usually specific to one of those topics. In the Gazette the blogs are on the left and the comments to those blogs are on the right. Sharing space for many different topics (blogs) is ideal. Often the comments to a blog continue long after the blog disappears from the front page. Hopefully everyone will enjoy the experience.
