Joco Construction, a Beaufort contractor, is trying to find a way to legalize its concrete recycling operation on St. Helena Island. It got on county officials’ radar last month when a neighbor complained about a massive concrete pile. Read the story here.

Maybe Joe should get a back-hoe to dig a hole on his property, sell the topsoil, and then dump the concrete into the hole. Smooth & level it, and he could have a nice patio (or 20.)
