...now that figures.
..."stories abound of the jester moving furniture, slamming doors and running The Castle grounds"...he was joking ...it was just a joke ...really, he was just joking ...it was all just a joke ...really, it was ...a joke.
Bill Rauch did not make up the story of the Danner-Johnson Mansion, aka "The Castle", being haunted. That story has been circulating for over a hundred years. It was even featured on "The Today Show" a few years back.

But I was saying that maybe you all should write more in depth about it you know, because that was really interesting.Or maybe write about other possible ghoast like happenings in Beaufort. And they say this is a quiet and sometimes boring town!!lol I think not. There are many things to do and many interesting things like this that people don't know about.I'm glad he was a friendly one though!!

Wow that place went cheap! Someone got a deal. Beautiful place. That would be 12-15 million up here, with no mossy oaks either. Hopefully a buyer will be found for 607 Bay St, the stone place thats been for sale forever (WAY overpriced now using the Castle as a comp!), that place needs tons of work, but has great potential. I just love all those big old houses down there.

Nantucket, Ma
The house on Bay Street in which he is now living is the one I grew up in as a child. Bring on the ghosts, Bill!
I know as a fact that although he just made a whopping profit, he had dinner recently at a downtown rest and didnt even leave a 15% tip to the poor waitress , even though the kitchen and help were alerted to whom was eating , the high roller coudnt even cough up 15-20 % . Im sure Mr Dukes got his 6 or 7 % commission, maybe thats why he shorted the waitress,,,
Nice example to set ! Not impressed with you at all,
