DALCEADA'S BATTLE

HOPEFULLY, TODAY I WILL MEET WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER. I AM VERY EXCITED. I HAVE STARTED A LOG OF MY FOOD INTAKE AND MY EXERCISES. IT'S NOT EASY. I AM A JUNK-FOOD JUNKIE. ALSO, THIS PROGRAM WILL TEACH ME HOW TO PORTION MY FOOD. I EAT WHEN I AM NOT HUNGRY AND BECAUSE THE FOOD IS RIGHT THERE. DRINKING WATER WAS A JOB FOR ME. FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS, I STARTED DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER. I HAVE CUT OUT DRINKING SODAS, SWEET TEA, AND KOOL-AID. I EAT MORE MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. MY CHILDREN ARE EATING MORE HEALTHIER FOODS. WE EXERCISE IN THE EVENING ABOUT 30 MINUTES. THEY MOTIVATE ME. THEY ARE MY DRILL-INSTRUCTORS AT HOME. GOD BLESS CHILDREN!!! WHEN THIS IS OVER IN APRIL, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO CELEBRATING OUR VICTORY WITH JACK, HAPPY, DERRICK, AND ANGELA. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!
