Sounds to me like the COuncil would RATHER impose a FEE or TAX; instead of look at OUR trash as REVENUE by installing a Plamsa Converter by www.startech.net in OAKATIE Landfill. It would be purchased with TAX FREE Muni-BONDS with the energy sold back through the POWER grid USED to pay OFF the Bonds..!! How big a Deficit does the Trash Department RUN ????

Ask Mr. TOM DAVIS to stand up and do the right thing and confront Mr. Bob Peeler who is the spokesperson for WASTE Management and SC Senator Harvey Peeler who represents the people of Cherokee County. They are conspiring with Waste Management to install a METHANE Tapping Landfill AT our taxpaying expense. The fine people of the Gaffney County COUNCIL were not informed of the PLASMA Machine that makes LANDFILLs obsolete.
