I have a plan. It seems that Massachusetts is housing their homeless in hotels/motels. Don't know if they get room service or not. They have over 550 guests as of this week. I recommend that we require the SC State government to provide vouchers to anyone want to move to Mass. I believe that the Federal Government will fund the Mass. shortage of funds in their state budget, if California doesn't get it all.
