What Gives With the Gas Prices?

I was over in Hilton Head today for training and found gas just before the bridge and on the island for $3.74 and $3.75. What's the excuse for the higher prices in the Beaufort area?

I just moved to Savannah, and its $3.78 a gallon here, on the South Side. Normally is 10 cents more expensive in Savannah than in Beaufort...Or atleast it used to be.
