The Beaufort Library Gullah recipe page that had Frogmore Stew is not working. Here is a site that has a good recipe for the the Frogmore Stew:

A couple years ago there was a male cook from Louisiana on a TV cooking show who was preparing Frogmore Stew. It had some added ingredients beyond what we use, but at least it was getting nationwide attention.
I'd rather keep calling it Frogmore Stew than the Lowcountry Boil. After all, we are supposed to be trying to preserve history, and Frogmore, SC is named for an old place in England, a family from which settled in Beaufort County many years ago in a plantation by that name, Frogmore.
