Hey all, I am looking for recommendations.

We need only the most basic of pool care - when we are out of town, we need someone to tend the pool chemistry, make sure the pump is operating after thunderstorms etc, and to close it in November / December and reopen it in April.

Our pool has a cover on it when we are not there, so, no light, no algae. I am not looking to spend $100 a week since it needs to be tended only when we are away, not cleaned etc since it is not open. It takes probably 10 minutes at most every 2 weeks for most of the year. When we are in town, I clean it. So still, coming by every couple weeks works.

I am not looking for smart comments about 'look in the yellow pages' because I am not going to find your friend, neighbor or whomever in the yellow pages. The companies charge at rate commensurate with being in the yellow pages and quite honestly, half of them do not return a phone call - so there is little point to calling back. Obviously, they have enough business without even calling you!
