There are two meetings listed today for Beaufort County Council, regular time beginning at 4PM. These are IMPORTANT meetings judging by the topics.
Does the Gazette think it would be possible, maybe, huh, to include at least a very brief summary of these meetings in tomorrow's paper?

Today's Beaufort County council meetings are scheduled to be broadcast on Hargray channel 240 and Charter channel 20.
I wonder why Hargray uses such a high channel number (not everyone signs up for hundreds of TV channels) - good for Charter to have it a low number.
We taxpayers of Beaufort County paid for the equipment to get these county meetings telecast - it's not working all of us. Hargray needs to telecast on a lower channel or maybe WJWJ needs to telecast government meetings on their regular ETV WJWJ (not cable) channel as other communities have been doing.
Maybe this is why Lady's Island (which Hargray serves) is doing without a park and library - the residents may be somewhat uninformed.
