I know it's kinda outta the way - but if you're in the area give "The Lunch Lady" a try. It's in the little strip mall to the right after you turn off 170 at Cherry Point....sandwiches and stuff like that - also advertised a homemade chocolate chip ice cream sandwich if you're not looking for a meal and want a treat - they open 8 am to 3 pm and breakfast sounded awesome - I had a sandwich and it was more than I could eat.
