I have a friend who is among quite a few residents along Clarendon Road that are about to be unceremoniously dispossessed of the land their homes sit on. According to what they have been told the corporation I have listed below quietly purchased the land upon which their mobile homes are placed, as well as other properties along Clarendon Rd. Apparently the owners of the land leased to the mobile home owners did not announce the sale until after the closing. What makes all of this more interesting is that my friend and others have been told that the property is actually now in the hands of the owners of Clarendon Plantation! I can't help but wonder who actually owns this LLC, and exactly who has something to gain from this convoluted sale if the information I have been given is correct. Could there be another Clarendon scandal on the horizon?
