It is true that a major independent record label has opened a new location in Beaufort. No it is not just a hip hop record company it is a management company for all genres of music, that gives new artists a chance at a musical career. I am a little upset at the Blog someone posted about black people jumping around in the front of the building. But this is SC and I am not surprised by some of the radical comments. I am the CEO/President and I take pride in musical composition, artist management and real people. Just because you don't want to see a change in the community doesn't mean that one will not take place. From now on you can talk to me directly if you have an issue with the way we do business.

What is the market here, opposed, say, to HHI, Bluffton, Charleston or Savannah? I'm assuming Ridgeland and Hardeeville would not pay you money to develop there.

Believe it or not, the most talented musicians and artists come from South Carolina. I love the state and I grew up in this town. I decided to open the label to give Beaufort and South Carolina a shot a the major leagues. Beaufort is a center point of all other nearby cities. Tourism is high is Beaufort. Yes anyone can schedule an appointment to mix a cd. And of course you can stop by. Anytime.
