I figured I'd tap into the wealth of knowledge here...anybody got any suggestions for a yard company that handles diagnosing and treating problems with insects, diseases and just plain ignorance ...guy I got now obviously hasn't got a clue

A couple of years ago, my lawn was infested with mole crickets. I had huge brown and bare spots in my lawn. A neighbor suggested calling Gro-Masters in Bluffton. I contacted them and they came out and gave me a quote on getting rid of the insects. I have them come to the house on a reqular basis to keep the weeds killed, the lawn fertilized and insects under control. Their number is 837-3483.
go to lawn and garden . if they still have employes that know what their doing they can help.
thanx - I did the mole cricket exterminator thing at my other house - year later, THEY'RE BAA-AACK! called the guy and ya know what he tells me? - "Well, I can't really get rid of them if your neighbors have them." I said, funny you didn't tell me that BEFORE I wrote you a check....
