OBAMA'S MUSLIM PAST- DO YOU REALLY WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE?
Obama IS a Muslim. Muslim law states if you are born into it by means of the father, you ARE a Muslim.
Leaving Islam punishable by death: Mohammed said, "Whoever changes his Islamic religion, kill him." Koran, Vol. 9:57
> Obama stated he was a Muslim in 'Dreams of My Father', yet today his camp denys it, supports Islam and his closest associates and biggest supporters financially are Muslims.
>Obama's father, grandfather, gg grandfather and stepfather have a history of multiple wives (pologamy) mistresses and 'wives' where no marriage license can be found.
>Obama's Muslim father, grandfather, stepfather have a history of deserting their wives and children.
>Obama attending Muslim schools where he studied the Islam and the Koran.
His teachers and friends testify that he was Muslim.

Quotes from Obama's books that tell us of his Muslim past and love for Islam:
From 'Dreams of my Father', "In Indonesia, I had spent two years at a Muslim school"
"I studied the Koran.."
Obma quote in Dreams Of My Father:
"THE PERSON WHO MADE ME PROUDEST OF ALL WAS MY BROTHER, ROY, WHO CONVERTED TO ISLAM."
"Malcolm X's autobiography seemed to offer something different, His repeated acts of self-creation spoke to me, the blunt poetry of his words, his unadorned insistence on respect, propmised a new and uncompromising order, martial in its discipline forged through sheer force of will"
(I have read Malcom X books- full of hate for the white man.
Yet Obama ADMIRES HIM.)
An interesting side note, Obama's book, The Audacity of Hope when it came out in Jakarta, it's title was translated to......
"Jihad: From Jakarta To The Whitehouse".!!!!!
From 'Audacity', "We are no longer just a Christian nation," "We are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers."
(A MUSLIM nation, Obama?? I don't THINK so! Not a Christian nation? We still are.)
From 'Audacity of Hope: "Lolo (Obama's step father) followed a brand of Islam that could make room for the remnants of more ancient animist and Hindu faiths," Obama recalled. "He explained that a man took on the powers of whatever he ate: One day soon, he promised, he would bring home a piece of tiger meat for us to share. ", " IT WAS LOLO THAT I LOOKED TO FOR GUIDANCE. " (A Muslim father is obligated to lead the son in the path of Islam)
>Obama is prominantly displayed as banner boy for Project Islamic H.O.P.E.
http://islamichope.org/
>Obama scorns his white mother who raised him alone and sent him to a fine university after his Muslim father deserted him.
>He scorns the white grandparents who helped raise and educate him.
>He worships and glorifies the Muslim father who deserted them.
Quotes from Obama's books that prove his disdain for the white race:
From Dreams of My Father, " I FOUND A SOLACE IN NURSING A PERVASISVE SENSE OF GRIEVANCE AND ANIMOSITY AGAINST MY MOTHER'S RACE".
From 'Dreams of My Father',
"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.
From 'Dreams', "never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela."
From 'Dreams',
"There were enough of us on campus to constitute a tribe, and when it came to hanging out many of us chose to function like a tribe, staying close together, traveling in packs," he wrote. "It remained necessary to prove which side you were on,to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names"
From 'Dreams', "I had grown accustomed, everywhere, to suspicions between the races."
From 'Dreams of my Father', "The emotion between the races could never be pure, even love was tarnished by the desire to find in the other some element that was missing in ourselves. Whether we sought out our demons or salvation, the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart."
From 'Dreams', "There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white." This was a statement made about one of his bosses.
From 'Audacity', "We are no longer just a Christian nation," "We are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers."
>He 'carefully picks his friends' during college years, scorning whites for blacks.

>Obama stated he ran with blacks only 'to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names."

/>Obama joined black radical, racist church as a 'cover'.
The church's pastor, Jeremiah Wright is a radical black supremacist who associates with radical Muslims.
The church's doctrine is printed on their website http://www.tucc.org/about.htm
Part of Obama's church doctrine:
Commitment to the BLACK Community
Commitment to the BLACK Family
Adherence to the BLACK Work Ethic
Pledge to make the fruits of all developing and acquired skills available to the BLACKCommunity
Pledge to Allocate Regularly, a Portion of Personal Resources for Strengthening and Supporting BLACK Institutions
Pledge allegiance to all BLACK leadership who espouse and embrace the Black Value System
Personal commitment to embracement of the BLACK Value System.
(If your church had such a doctrine, Jesse and Al and the NAACP would have 10,000 demonstrators out front in a heartbeat!!!)
>Obama repeatedly lies to enhance his 'story':
States he was influenced by story in magazine about a black man trying to bleach his skin. No such story exists.
States his grandfather was a poor goat hearder. His father was prosperous.

>Obama's voting record proves he is an extreme radical left winger:
Passed a bill requiring police to videotape interrogations for crimes punishable by the death penalty; legislation to curb racial profiling.
Obama supports homosexual marriage, racial preferences, gun control, flag-burning, socialized medicine and the absolute right to abortion, including partial-birth abortions. He voted against requiring medical care for aborted fetuses who survive.
Obama is anti-war, voted against the reauthorization of the USA Patriot Act, against privatizing Social Security and opposes the death penalty, three strikes laws and school vouchers. HE HAS NO MILITARY SERVICE RECORD.
Obama opposed the Defense of Marriage Act; would work to repeal it in the U.S. Senate; would not vote for any legislation that would restrict the ability of gays and lesbians to marry.
Obama opposed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act four times in Illinois. A similar bill passed the U.S. Senate 98-0. The Born Alive bill would have prohibited a baby from being born alive but left to die according to the mother's wishe!!
Obama opposed this bill not once, twice, or three times, but four times

Maybe I'm missing something here, but what's wrong with being Muslim?
Nothing wrong with peaceful Muslims and there are a lot of them in the USA and in other countries including Iraq. But there are some that haven't forgiven Christians for the Inquisition. There are others that hate Israel and therefore the US. The press has news stories by radical Muslim leaders that want to kill the Satan, namely the US. And it gives the impression that all Muslims are like the radicals.
Our problem is learning how to deal with those radical Muslims that want to kill us. Unfortunately, that means war. They fight to the death because they are told they will be rewarded by Allah. Of course anyone who has examined the Koran and the teachings of Mohamed will find that his teachings are essentially peaceful. A few more aggressive statements are taken out of context by those radicals. Even our Bible has violence and certain statements can have a different meaning when taken out of context.
The problem for the peaceful Muslims is to take their religion back. They are getting bad PR. But it is a monumental problem with the politics we have in the world.
One site that gives a comparison of Muslims and Christians is listed. I have read some of it, but not all.
http://www.dianedew.com/islam.htm
While it is true that Christianity conducted wars against other religions, that was centuries ago. Radical Muslims are doing that NOW. There's nothing wrong with being a Muslim. After all, we live in a country that prides itself for its freedom of religion. The problem is that Muslims refuse to distance themselves with the radicals in their religion. When something is wrong, it's wrong even if it is by someone with the same beliefs as yours did it, and when someone speaks up against his kind, be it race, religion or otherwise, that person is ousted as a traitor. Black people who speak out about the problems of the black community are called uncle Toms. Hispanics who speak out against illegal immigration are consider traitors against their own race.
Muslims should be lining up to condemn the attacks of 9/11 and all the other terrorist attacks perpetrated by Radical Muslims against Christians and Jews all around the globe to show the world that their religion is one of peace, but that's hardly the case. Muslims need to take back their religion and help drive the radicals out.
As far as Obama, he's not touching that subject except to fire back at those who have the audacity to question him on it, but he has written pretty radical stuff in the past.
Obama's problems are bigger than his religion though. He has shady associations with less than desirable characters. He has displayed lack of loyalty even towards his mother and grandmother. He has practically zero experience. He has zero acoomplishments as a US senator other than raising money and running for president. His message of "change" is full of the same messages we've been hearing from democrats for years and years...i.e. higher taxes, punishing big business, surrendering US sovereignty to the UN, using diplomacy to convince those intent on destroying us by strapping boms on themselves that they should stop, the promise of "free" this and "free" that and the promise to all that government is the solution to all our problems, from gas prices to retirement, just to name a few.
On the subject of "free" this and "free" that, remember that government has no money unless they collect it from us, so is it really free?
Something that the founding fathers understood is that governmet powers need to be limited. Remember the phrase..."congress shall make no law..."
In order for Obama to fulfill his promises, a whole lot of laws are going to have to be written.
Maybe I'm missing something here, but what's wrong with being Muslim?
If that doesn't clue you in, you have some major problems.
One can sense that there are many unanswered questions regarding this Snake Oil Salesman. He changes more than a snake shedding his skin. His wife is more transparant though. Read their books and then ask if you want him as President of the United States of America. They wrote them I didn't.
Obama is not Muslim even though he inherited his name from his father. He joined the Trinity Church which says it is Christian, but from the web page and its stated mission follows liberation theology and black liberation. There is a difference in that and Christianity.
Liberation theology started in the 1960s in South America, where some Catholic priests began taking on some elements Marxism and combined it with some elements of Christianity. The result was a movement that sought social justice for the poor with political action groups operated by the priests in the churches. The pope denounced the movement as unchristian.
Also in the 1960s, based on the writings of Cope, the same theme of political action to free "oppressed" blacks began, except they were ready for violence, exactly the opposite of MLKJr.
Reverend Wright has been using those two philosophies in his sermons. How can it be a religious Christian church with those two philosophies so blatantly preached in his church? Where is Jesus in all of this?
The real question he must answer is what is his religion? What is his philosophy on the role of churches and government? Is he a Christian or Muslim or a member of a radical Marxist liberation movement?
He has a lot of questions to answer before November!
You are unclear, do think has a lot of questions to answer? Obama, or Wright?
Wright is not running for office and he has made his positions clear both in his sermons and in the national media in his speeches and interviews. In an general statement, Obama has said he didn't agree with all of Wright has said. However, after 20 years in his church, he didn't speak out once.
But Obama hasn't been specific about what he disagrees with. and he has not been specific about what he does believe. He needs to address in a public statement his attitude toward liberation theology and black liberation. These are political movements, not religious. Does Obama agree with liberation theology or not? Does Obama think black liberation ideas are American ideals? Both of these movements use concepts from Karl Marx, where violence is an accepted tool as a political tool. Does he accept Marx and socialism or does he accept the democratic and capitalistic society we have?
It's kinda hard to undue a president after he is elected. He needs to tell the public about his specific political philosophy during the election. If his supporters won't ask him, maybe the Republican Party will.
I've read all of those books and even though I have never before crossed party lines, I will vote for him. If snake oil is what he is selling then I think his brand of snake oil makes a lot of sense.
sorry double post
Another post from the infamous Cyberella, notable scourge of many blogs all around South Carolina. Very likely a paid cyber slammer who posts unsubstanciated and out of context about all sort of political candidates. Here she is right back here again with more of her worthless jabbering. Give it up girl, nobody is paying attention.
Cyberella has done a lot of research and backs up her (we think it is a her) opinions with posted links. As you said, some statements may be out of context, but the link is there if someone wants to research it.
It may be, but not yet proven by anyone, that she is a front for some political activist group against Obama, but this seems to be fair game in an election. Both sides do it. As voters, we need to educate ourselves about the candidates. Lots of info to sift through, but those that want to be informed will read all the material and sift out the junk by forming our own opinions.
Agree with her or not, she is doing exhaustive research to back up the posted opinions. If an Obama supporter has done any research, rather than clinging to the pocketful of promises, then debate her opinions and links to show us how she is wrong. Watching only short political clips on TV is for the couch potatoes.
Regardless Obama and Clinton have a liberal philosophy and both are backed by the proven liberals in congress. That alone wipes them out for me.
I recall the liberal triumphs during the 1960s and 1970s that now have whole masses of people dependent on the government for subsistence and think that it is their "right" to demand that we taxpayers pay for their everyday expenses. Will a liberal president and congress add on more people for us taxpayers to "help"? Somebody has to work and pay those bills. Everyone can't sit at home and watch TV and wait on a tax payer funded government check.
Will be held accountable for this hate mongering on judgement day. She will have plenty of time to talk about the finer points of Quranic law for eternity.
Someone has done a lot of exhaustive research and selectively sorted out items and twisted them to fit an agenda. Cyberella may female, male, or even a group of individuals, who knows. The fact that this poster shows up on blogs all over South Carolina would indicate a very large agenda and most likely a professional involvement. Much of what is linked goes straight to websites that present a similarly twisted and selective agenda. The sources are dubious to say the least. All one has to do is to actually read Obama's books and the other original sources from which these excerpts are taken to realize how out of context all of this is.
I repeat the same plea that I have been presenting for a while now, it is time to stop all of this dirt in politics! It is time to deal with issues not with the visions small minded people with anonymous Napoleonic ideals.
Let us hope that when McCain begins his campaign that some of the overzealous supporters of Obama will abide by your standards, However, politics being what it is, we can expect both sides to fire salvos of hyperspace links. We'll either ignore them or read and sift for truth.
Egret,
You are so right, it has become a dirty business and I am tired of seeing it. My views on the subject are not unilateral, I think it's time for all of it to stop. But, you are right, it isn't going to stop any time soon. It's up to us to sort it all out or to ignore it all.
The first thing a politician does when someone points out his flaws, is claim dirty politics. It works too because some people fall for this old trick. Clinton was a cheater and a liar, and if he lies about one thing, he'll lie about other things, so it was not dirty to call him out on it. Character is important if you want to be elected to represent us.
It's not dirty to say Obama has Muslim roots. It's just the truth. It's also not dirty to say he has shaddy aquaintances with notable Anti American people. It's not dirty to say he's anti big business or for high taxes. It's not dirty to say he has no record or any concrete ideas. It's not dirty to say his wife has radical ideas, and it's not dirty to point out his wife's flaws either because she's out there selling the Obama name, and these days democrat presidents come as packages. Remember how Hillary was somehow in charge of the health system in our country? Fortunatelly her ideas were awful and that was it for her then, but make no mistake that Mrs. Obama will want some prominent role, so it's not dirty to examine her character.
The truth is the truth, and pointing it out isn't dirty.
It is not the truth to publish out of context excerpts from other written or spoken sources. The truth is fine, but this BS is not. Yes, Obama has Muslim roots, but he IS NOT muslim as he has been charged! And so what is he were, it is a fine religion, and only a small percentage of them are radical. There are far more radical Christians right here in Beaufort! Perhaps he is against big business, so am I! Its' about time they paid the same tax rates that we have to pay! Raise taxes...yes, it's time that we stopped allowing idiots like Bush to spend us into insurmountable debt while lowering taxes, someone has to eventually pay the bills! I voted for Bush twice, and I am absolutely ashamed of myself for ever backing that egotistical fool! I have seen nothing to indicate that Obama's wife is any sort of radical, and of course, she like any other first lady would want a prominent role. Nor do I see anything honestly presented that could question the character of either Obama or his wife. Go read all of the propaganda you want, just because it is published does not make it fact. Do some real research and then come back to debate. Then maybe you can make a point based upon some sort of intelligent and informed thought.
My previous comments are truths, and if you find one you think is not truth please let me know, and I will either retract it or source it for you so you can read it from someone other than me. I don't make up facts because facts are facts. I said he has Muslim roots not that he was one. Either way, he has not condemned any Muslim attack.
There are radical Christians here in Beaufort blowing up embassies? or crashing planes into buildings? or strapping bombs to themselves and walking into malls killing innocent children? or trying to kill everyone who does not follow their religion? WOW...I need to pay more attention to the news.
Lowering taxes raises revenue for the federal government. It works every time it has been done from JFK to Reagan to GW. The government takes entirely too much in taxes as it is, and corporations don't pay taxes. The people who buy their products do. That is me and you and the rest of us. Exon or Amoco or WalMart or Bristol Meyers don't pay taxes. They pass that expense on to their consumers, so in the end you're not "punishing" them. You're "punishing" the person at the pump or buying the toilet paper at WalMart or the person needing that heart medicine.
You're right. Let's get rid of big business. All they do is provide goods and services we want need and desire. All they do is spend billions of dollars in research trying to find cures to all sorts of diseases or drilling for the oil you and I need to drive our cars to the grocery store or providing the products you and I need every day. All they do is risk their money in a volatile market to compete against other big businesses not knowing whether they'll be in business tomorrow and in the process, provide stable employment to millions of people. You're right...tax them until they bleed.
Wow, you bring up some topics that need debate!
1. Businesses pay corporate taxes that are higher than personal taxes. In addition, those businesses divide their remaining profits to stockholders in the form of dividends. Like people on annuities and pensions or the teachers on retirement income. All those rich people. Of course there are wealthy people and average American citizens, like me for instance, that have investments in those businesses in the form of mutual funds. We will receive our share when we sell those shares for our retirement.
Those big businesses and smaller companies are the capitalist economy that has made this the greatest nation and the leader of the world. So please don't fall for that liberal trash denigrating our capitalistic nation. If Obama is against businesses, what is he for? Will he want to destroy businesses? Where will people work? Who will pay the taxes to fund our budget?
And businesses have already found better places to build in other countries. Will he send the rest of them overseas? Will his preacher's acceptance of Marxism influence him to accept Marxism and try to get us to become like Cuba? What a role model for the US!!
No need to go into the fact that the businesses and wealthy people pay nearly all of the taxes received in this nation. Do you need facts and links to prove it? I promise I won't use Cybrella's links.
You blame Bush for the tax codes. Don't you know that congress, including the Democratic congresspersons, makes the laws and the tax codes. They also set the tax rates. The president signs the laws, not makes them.
As for spending, again it is congress that enacts the budget. The president proposes a budget, then congress takes it and spends months rearranging it. The final version has to be approved by the Senate and the House of Representatives before sending it to the president signs it into law. Not happy with the debt? Blame CONGRESS.
Bush being an egotistical fool is your opinion, which you are entitled to make. I disagree. Making Iraq a democratic and friendly nation in the strategic middle of the Muslim territory will prove to be bold and beneficial change in the history of the world. This concept may be too much for liberals and short sighted people. Iraq will continue to struggle, as the US did after the Revolutionary War, but in the future, they will have a strong economy where they can become trading partners in the world economy. The citizens will want to buy our products and we will buy theirs. In that area with dictators and radical Muslims, Iraq will become a model of democracy and show those people in neighboring countries, like Syria and Iran, what they could have. Tourists will flock to Iraq for the ancient history.
We have a lot of money INVESTED (not costs) in Iraq. As with any investment, we expect to get a return. In economic terms, we will begin to get those dollars back when the Iraqi economy improves. American companies will set up businesses there and sell products to the Iraqi citizens. American importers will buy Iraqi products and sell them here to our citizens. That is what makes a trading partner work, as we have with other nations, like England, France, Japan, Germany and other nations. We do have a deficit with China, who we need to encourage them to buy some of our products.
Another benefit will be the American military bases, similar to those in Germany and Japan. Having troops, equipment and facilities in Iraq will be a major step in our strategic war on terrorists.
I suggest that critics step back and appreciate the long term benefits of the Iraqi victory. The families of those that were killed know that those soldiers did not die in vain, but there is a future for the Iraqis now. They didn't a future before the war.
Egret,
I normally look forward to reading your typically informed posts, but this one is totally out of character. Make Iraq a friendly democracy? Look into history! Iraq is carrying on tribal wars that have lasted for centuries, much the same as what went on in Viet Nam. We can't change it, it will continue forever. They like it that way and nobody is going to affect a difference. European Christians and Americans have been screwing with the Arab countries for several centuries and have accomplished nothing other than making all of the Arab peoples hate us. There is no attainable victory in Iraq short of making the place a parking lot that we can use to produce cheap oil...but we don't have the cajones to do that now do we? The Germans and Japanese are civilized people who submitted (even though the Japanese are still fighting WWII economically) because they knew their cause had been stifled. The Iraqi insurgents are barbarians, and believe that death is a path to enlightenment alongside Allah (with 21 virgins). That's a big difference! And, we aren't going to encourage China to do anything, they will do whatever benefits them at any cost to us! You might want to do a reality check.
You are referring to the radical Muslims that follow the dictatorial mullahs. Not all Iraqis are that way. Just talk to some of the military coming back after serving over there. They tell the truth about the people there, not CBS and CNN.
Of course there are problems there. No one is disputing that. But the majority of Iraqis want peace and a decent job, just like Americans. Those radicals that want to solve their problems with violence will gradually diminish. The differences will still be there, but they will learn to settle their differences the same way we do-at the ballot box. Remember, we are not a unified nation either, with our liberal and conservative views for how to manage government, but we debate and vote rather than using guns. We have had our past problems, like the Civil War, but we hopefully have learned something from that war. When the Iraqi government matures and has their law enforcement in place, they will manage law breakers the same way we do. Charge them, give them a trial and jail time if guilty.
The history of any civilized nation today has a history of progression from anarchy and violence. We don't need to go back too far in US history to find it. The fact that those nations have evolved gives hope that the mid east will eventually settle their differences in a democratic way. The establishment of Iraq as a democracy is the first giant step for that region.
There have been critics and naysayers in the past on the possibility of peaceful political solutions in resolving social and political problems. They were there during the Revolutionary War. They were there during the Civil War. They were there after WWI and II. Aren't we better off now than we were in the 1500s? How about the 1700s?
If you want to believe there is no hope, then that is your right. I am optimistic that the Iraqis will. We have to give them time.
Some things are worth saying twice. LOL
Whats it matter any more? People don't care about facts when they vote. Its all image.
All this stuff about Obama is fodder for the swift boating sure to happen.
I doubt it will affect 1% of the voters and cause a huge tizzy.
Obama should be darn glad Momma came back to Hawaii and that Hawaii was a state when he was born.
I'm not voting for him, but I'm making that decision on policy and the fact I think he is an idiot when it comes to what he stands for - if anyone really knows that is. I'm not sure he does - if you think back to the debates Hillary always got to go first and his answers were generally "what she said."
Joe, you won't be yawning when Barrack finds out where you keep your wallet !
