Whom do I call at the Gazette to get my newspaper?
I went outside, late this morning, to get my paper and the only part of the paper I received was the sales flyers and the Life Style section of the paper. I would like to read the rest of the newspaper!
The telephone number listed on the Web Site for the Gazette circulation department says you're available until 1100 a.m., but the telephone message when you call indicates you close at 1000 a.m. (one of them needs to be corrected). Apparently the 1100 a.m. is wrong because I can't find a human to answer the telephone.
Is there a number you can call and actually speak to a human being after hours?

The number of our customer service department is 843-986-5507 or, toll-free, 877-706-8100. The department closes at 11 a.m. on Sundays.
When I subscribed to the print edition, this happened a couple of times. Perhaps the person who was supposed to answer the phone until 11:00 am was taking a break or something, but it was very frustrating. It didn't happen often because we had an absolutely wonderful carrier in our neighborhood for the last couple of years before we stopped delivery. She made sure we had her personal phone number and encouraged us to contact her when we had a problem with delivery, but I always tried the Gazette office first as a courtesy to her. You might try asking your carrier if he/she would mind giving you a number to contact him/her directly in the future. It sounds to me like someone got to your paper after delivery occurred!
