The last thing I expected to hear was that it was the victims fault. Unreal. 20 bucks says she doesn't really have custody of that child! That was a list of some serious injuries. Hopefully those little punks/punkettes have to pay dearly.
Throw the book at them all. Give them the harshest punishment allowed by law. The victim got no mercy; give the attackers no mercy. PUNKS!
