OBAMA, " I WILL STAND WITH THE MUSLIMS.."
"I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds change in an ugly direction". BARACK OBAMA from The Audacity Of Hope.
And indeed, he has.
Google, "Obama is my Cousin".
Kenyan Odinga ran for the presidency with a pact with the hard-line Muslims that he would force Islam on the country if elected. Having lost his bid for the presidency, he instigated a murderous rampage that resulted in over a thousand deaths- including burning down a Christian church with 50 people inside.
OBAMA WENT TO KENYA TO CAMPAIGN FOR ODINGA and was so supportive of Odinga, that a government official called Obama Odinga's 'stooge'.
What might possible occur if Obama became president?
Mass immigration of radical Islamists?
More BILLIONS pumped into Africa? (Obama took a pledge when he joined the Trinity Church of Christ, to place Africa above all else0
Send troops to Africa? (Obama has already said that if president he would stop the fighting in Dafur)

If true, this is a reason why People should carefully investigate anyone who is a selectee for any office involving the security of our Country. Has anyone bothered to read his writings? How about Michelle's attempt? I think that People should take a harder look at what is being presented rather than a "surge" of change.
FFD,
Yes, I have read his writings and what he has to say is refreshing. The people he represents in Illinois (right where I was raised)love him and what he stands for, they praise his ideals, abilities, and integrity greatly. Cyberella and those with a similar agenda will continue to bash this fine man, but their words are as shallow as their meaningless anonymous usernames! You read about him and what he has written or said ,then vote your own conscience.
Maybe ya oughta go back to IL.
Maybe ya oughta go back to IL.
The comeyas hate to hear the "go back" thing.....especially the yankees. They sure don't mind going on and on about how it was and is "up there" though.
I wouldn't characterize myself as a comeya, I can trace my ancestry in this community to the early 1700s. The family is native, I just happened to be raised in a foreign area. The point was that good folks that I know personally seem to be very comfortable with Senator Obama and I thought it would be good to share that with y'all!
....good folks that I know personally seem to be very comfortable with Senator Obama...
If that's the case, you may want to seek out some new friends!
I am certain you are having a tough time choosing. Is it Hillary? Or is it Obama? Do you want a woman in the Whitehouse? Do you want a man in the Whitehouse? In the past it probably would have been a man. Now its definitely a woman.
OK now I dont know who to vote for.Personally I think there both putting on a show.
Politics and elections are all "show" no matter who is running! That's what the game is all about. listen and learn my dear....we don't choose the winner, we simply vote for the two that have already been chosen by the "powerful few". It doesn't matter to them who wins, they own all of the candidates that are placed on our ballots!!!!!!

Well will you be voting?
Of course I will Marissa, I'm like everyone else, I hope that my meager voice might be heard and help to make a difference.
My dearest friend in life died at the age of 20 just one month short of 21. He was my college roommate and had made one of the most profound statements I have ever heard before he died. It was many years ago during the Viet Nam years.
He said:
"The only difference between us in the U.S. and the people in Communist countries is that they know they aren't free!"
He knew at that tender age that the world was run by a select few, regardless of what we all thought.

Ever hear of the killing fields of Cambodia? I doubt your friend could properly define freedom.
The friend I spoke of died before that horrible atrocity took place, so he would not have known of it. Other atrocities had occurred and when taken in that perspective you are correct. His statement was made in direct reference to the practice of a small handful of wealthy individuals setting up choices for the masses to make. Choices that benefit those wealthy folks regardless of which choice is made. He was speaking freedom at a different level I suppose.

A church formed by racists, for racists and only for the benefit of racists. Why would anyone want to be member?
Does this sound familiar?

You REALLY think Obama is the Anti-christ? I understand political fervor, but isn't that laying it on a little thick? This is more than a little nauseating...
The AntiChrist left the White House when "Bush The First" was elected! His wife is now running!
Obamamania is a paradox. He has become popular because he is likable, but has little substance. He is a very good orator. Some say he is a lot like JFK, but I think he has studied the techniques of MLKJr for his style. The "I have a dream" which resonates with many folks has been substituted with "Change we can believe in."
My fear is that he has become a fad with many people. He has a litany of promises that sounds good, but fulfilling those promises would be a Herculean task.
The fad reminds me of the Elmo doll sensation. Wind it up and it will say anything you want to hear. This is not to denigrate Obama because all candidates make promises. But the groundswell of support seems to focus on the promises, not his sparse mediocre record in congress.
If he wins the nomination, hopefully the campaign will be long enough to examine those promises and his record will become the focus of the media and voters.
Wind up any politician and you will hear what you want to hear! That's the game! As for Obama's sparse mediocre record in Congress, just who on the tickets has done any better? At least he is sticking by the previous voting record he has and is not changing his position just to win votes.

I like the message of Obama, but more inportantly he comes across to me as SINCERE. Honest, sincere, and proud of what he is. That's good character.
For once I agree with you 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Nancy Reagan is running for President????

I didn't know that. She just got out of the hospital! She is INCREDIBLE! I guess she was asked and just couldn't say "NO!"
Is McCain older?

This is not open-mindedness, this is a smear campaign! Now, before everyone goes off half-cocked, I am not an Obama fan. I would prefer someone who has a little more substance to their speeches. He is a powerfully charismatic and likeable speaker, and he makes lots of promises, but he doesn't really say how those promises will be kept, or outline any of his plans to make them happen. But, then again, let's face it, nor do most candidates.
Some of the info I have seen on posts and in my email box would scare the most liberal of voters, if it were taken seriously. I believe that you really have to take most of what is out there with a grain of salt. There are all kinds of smear campaigns regarding every candidate, and I almost believe it is impossible to make an "informed" decision on any of them because so much of the "information" we receive through the media or word-of-mouth is mixed in with false info.
I have visited the website listed above, and I do not believe that the site depicts that church as a racist church. What is so wrong with black Americans supporting and encouraging black Americans to the highest ideals and standards? If you say that it is racist, then I encourage you to take a long look around you and see how many white Americans still refuse to encourage black Americans to excel and reach for their dreams.
I thought Obama's middle name was Hussein. I know, doesn't exactly make you feel MORE warm and fuzzy, but I don't think it's Mohammed. See www.presidentialcandidates.tv/barackobama
Oh, and the Antichrist??? You've got to be kidding!
So he goes to a black church. BIG DEAL! Black people like black churches--probably because they're more FUN than white churches. That website also says the church is committed to "salvation, reconciliation, biblical education," etc. I looked at their website and didn't see any requirement that you had to be black to be a member of this church. United Church of Christ is a very liberal Christian denomination. So what?
Obama is a Christian. He took his oath of office on the Bible, not on the Koran as nutbrain internet bloggers want you to believe.
And by the way, his middle name is Hussein, a very common middle eastern name, NOT Mohammad. Get your facts straight!
He also said Romans 1 is an "obscure passage".
Funny, that.
If you looked at their web page, did you not notice that Afrocentrism is a secondary mission? Do you not know what that means? Does this church teach the teachings of Christ or is it a political group? This is not the typical black church that does follow Christ.
See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afrocentrism
Their magazine, The Temple, has many articles featuring not Christianity and its role in society, but features articles with an Afrocentric focus. Most are political in nature. One article featured an interview with Louis Farrakhan. It praised this man, his religion ,(muslim of a sorts) and said that he is a role model for all blacks. Where is Dr. Martin Luther King in all of this? Where is Jesus Christ in all of this? Suggest that you visit their web page again in more detail.
If Obama is a member of this church, does he agree with Afrocentrism? Is it a hidden secondary religion to him? Is he dedicated to Africa or the US? Questions should be asked of him and the media is not doing it. Perhaps the Republican campaign will start asking these questions if he is nominated. Democratic voters should should also have answers before the primaries are over.

You are correct egret57! Questions do need to be answered.
As an aside, I feel all the Afrocentrism would disappear if we could arrange from some of the promoters to visit Africa. I have spent a significant amount of time there as a missionary. I'm sure that if the pastor and his wife spent about 6 months there (with nothing more than subsistence funds) they would come back preaching a whole different line. What non-Africans have done to the natives pales in comparison to the atrocities perpetrated by their own kind. Nothing there to worship.....it is truly the armpit of the earth.
With the ABC reports on Rev Wright's sermons, their web page has been revised. The mission statement about Afrocentrism has been deleted and a rewording of the primary mission has been changed.
Since Afrocentrism is political in nature, I imagine the IRS is reviewing the church's activities as well as previous sermons to see if there were violations of the law forbidding churches to be used for political purposes. The penalty is a loss of their their nonprofit (501 c 3) status. Churches are for religious purposes only and donors may claim a deduction and the church pays no income or property tax. A loss of the nonprofit status could place them in financial jeopardy.
The questions for Obama supporters should be if he knew of the church breaking laws. He is an attorney and should be held accountable as a candidate if they were preaching politics. Time will tell.
Why exactly should any member of any congregation be held accountable for what is preached by their clergy? You're reaching!
They shouldn't. But they should leave that church if he preaches what that guy preaches.
I don't think that every sunday is like that. You take the bad with the good. Do you believe everything that you minister says??? I bet, or you'd walk out right? Did you see Obama's speach in reguards, in it's entirity? I can't even begin to explain it as well as he did... http://youtube.com/watch?v=zrp-v2tHaDo
I believe everything God says in His Word. What Wright said from the pulpit, not once but on many occasions through the years reflect his mindset. If my preacher said something like that, yes, one of us would leave.
Oh, Barak has a silver tongue, alright. So did Adolph.
And this "pastor" has proven this with crystal clarity. His anti-white and anti-America verbal rampages are despicable, yet there's the congregation, whooping it up like they're at a Dave Chapelle show.
Now I love a lively church service, and if the spirit of the Lord zaps you, well get up and let it be known, but c'mon, this crowd looked as though they were attempting to do the Wave. And not because of a fiery sermon of God's word, but rather the racist and unpatriotic rantings of a KooK in a robe. Sort of similar to what we used to have here in the south before the FBI got religion. People in robes stirring up hate, hhmmmmm, not real original.
Another problem, besides having a Prez candidate who belongs to this crowd, is the blatant double standard. Why is the Rev still employed? Seems to me he should be making mandatory meetings with Don Imus to garner some sensitivity training.
Once there was a Klansman by the name of David Duke. He ran for federal office. He was thoroughly scrutinized, then rightfully villianized, and his campaign faltered. Obama will face no such scrutiny. He will enter the convention virtually untouched. Bill and Hillary are being heavily criticized for questioning Obama's fitness for duty. We may want to consider thanking them for what little we know about this man Obama.
Why exactly should any member of any congregation be held accountable for what is preached by their clergy? You're reaching!
TGS, you are usually such a sensible and logical guy, your attempts to defend Obama are truly puzzling. If you were the one who loyally and actively attended a church for over 20 years where the pastor was an avowed racist and anarchist, you don't feel that it would reflect negatively on you?
Lisa,
We live in an era where most politicians believe in little if anything at all, other than power. Most claim an alliance with or claim to attend church only for the purpose of obtaining the vote of those who do. We are guaranteed freedom of religion and I personally feel that a person's religious beliefs and affiliations aren't important when it comes to holding office. Separation of church and State?
Here we have a FORMER pastor of a church who has made some very unseemly remarks. Do you suppose that he may have been coat tailing Obama's success simply to make a name for himself? At the same time we saw a Mormon running in this same race recently, and some voters don't like the stance Mormons take on many issues. In 1960 we did the unthinkable and elected a Catholic. We now have a choice between three candidates. McCain; a worn out crazy war monger who wants nothing more than to perpetuate the spilling of the blood of young people. Yes, he did his time and I am grateful to him for that. But, his time has passed and he has an agenda that makes Bush look like a pacifist. Then we have Billary; supports NAFTA...then not, has a health care plan (like the one she had the last time they were elected) it wouldn't work then and it won't work now. And, she will give every dime in the treasury away and forget we even have brave military personnel who should be paid and have benefits! The woman wouldn't know the truth if it slapped her in the face like a closet job! And the last thing we need is another dynasty (we have one now, and look how that worked out).
Or, we have someone who professes to want change. That has been his message since he served in the Illinois Statehouse. There has been no change in his agenda, his religious affiliation has not yet come into play, nor do I think it will.
We need change Lisa, and we aren't going to get it anywhere else. And please remember, I am a Republican!
What you say does sound logical....to some extent. It isn't the RELIGIOUS affilliation I feel most uncomfortable with though....more the long-time allegiance and apparent personal friendship with Wright and Farrakhan. It seems to me that this would make any right-thinking American extremely uncomfortable.
I understand that we have three deeply flawed candidates. It really is depressing to think of voting for any of the three.
As far as the concept of change, it is more or less and empty promise and the one that is almost always offered up by any presidential candidate. McCain does seem to be campaigning on something other than generic change though.
I won;t attempt to change your mind on Obama, because most of us have our minds made up.
But you agree with him that change is needed. Ok, but what is that change? He has said a lot, but has not been specific.
His very brief record indicates he is a liberal and his endorsements have been from liberals. One of the historic faults back to 1900 is that liberals, when in power, will reduce our national defense to dangerous levels. In the major wars in the 20th century, the Democratic presidents and congresses led us into WWI, WWII and Vietnam at a time when our national defense was at a low point. In each case, we had to play (bad word) catchup during each war and many lives were lost because of the terrible planning. The debacle with Carter and rescuing the hostages in Iran, was because the soldiers had poor, unreliable equipment. Since 1900, the only wars started by a Republican president and congress was the Gulf War with Iraq and the War on Terror, both at a time when our national defense were strong.
With terrorists telling everyone that they want to kill Americans, we cannot let down our defense. How will Obama CHANGE this threat?
youre the last person I thought would engage in spin.
This current administration has really fudged up the Republican paradigm of strong defense preparedness and fiscal responsibility hasnt it? Rewrite history to show that the cause of our current military stumbling and economic challenges are the fault of them trifling Dems why dont you?
egret57 is accurate in his historical facts and I do not think he was trying to defend the current administration's faults.
drkchlate has no answer to the CHANGE question, so resorts to an attempt to discredit. Typical liberal ploy.
Not spin, but history. You can look it up to verify it . What I didn't say and expected a Democrat to respond is that liberals are more interested in internal problems and efforts to improve people's lives. My problem is that they want government to do it for people and not enable legislation for people to improve their quality of lives themselves. A difference is a socialistic and a capitalistic approach.
Our present administration and its policies are too long term for some people who want instant results. Lots of people think one can get rich quick. When Iraq begins to become a strong democratic nation and its economy improves to become a trading partner, people will look back and appreciate the benefits that are not apparent to many people now. When dictators begin to fall in adjacent nations because those peaceful Muslims see the benefits in Iraq, the terror threat will diminish. It will no longer profitable to be terrorists.
Economic warfare is another tool used in warfare. They use it on us and we can use it on them.
How much record do McCain and Hillary have, and what have they said that is any different from their party line (albeit more radical)? You mentioned the Carter hostage rescue....that was a great move now wasn't it. I have some insider info on that fiasco and trust me, you don't want to know! At this point I could care less what the change is as long as there is change. Maybe a viable health plan, maybe not. Maybe a better alternative to terrorist acts and hopefully one that ceases to take away the freedoms of Americans as the current policy does. Maybe a way to bring our brave military folks home safely to their families. BTW, one of my daughters happens to be one of those military folks that I would like to see at home raising my grand daughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! McCain won't bring her home or keep her here, and neither will Billary!!!!!!!! I support our military 100%, but I have reached a point where I refuse to support the idiots who want to kill them needlessly!
....At this point I could care less what the change is as long as there is change.....
Wow! You just dumped any credibility you may have had.
I say brief record because he has only a couple of years as a senator. He does have a longer record in Illinois state legislature. His record as senator has been "cautious" as one other senator said. He has voted on bills that are not controversial, but has voted present on controversial bills. He also has a higher than average absentee rate.
The point is that he does not have a record established where voters can say what kind of candidate he is. Even the liberal New York Times see him as vague. We all see areas that need change, but most of us would like to know ahead of time what that plan for change is. Some voters are giving him carte blanc without know how he plans to change things. Of course our congress is the group that will make changes and he can veto or sign bills.
It is a cry of despair to say "anything is better than what we have." It may be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Surely we voters deserve better than that.
If you want to know what he sees as change, read "The Audacity Of Hope" and do so while keeping it in context. Some here have taken comments from that book way out of context and that is why I said "any change is better than none". I don't like the idea of supporting any Democrat, but he is without a doubt the best candidate left standing, and if we search our hearts we all know that. More of the Clintons? Are you nuts? And McCain is still living in that POW camp God love him. But regardless of the sacrifices he made back then, he is too old and too over the edge to be trusted in the White House. I'd rather see another 8 years with Bush. My point is this, study the real Obama, and not all the anti-Obama hype that is out there. You might just like what you see. I for one like the "cautious" attitude in a legislator.
Apparently you are the victim of "pro-Obama" hype. "The Audacity of Hope" was ghost written by Barry Goldstein from a few handwritten pages by Obama. This candidate has never had an original thought worth repeating.
I'm just not the victim type.
Age? Being too old? That borders on age discrimination! LOL
Actually he is almost the same age Reagan was when he was elected. There are lots of active older people that are productive and have the benefit of experience and wisdom. Since I'm 74, in great health physically and mentally, bicycle and swim for exercise and fun, and still run a profitable business, I tend to defend comments made about older folks. Are there some that are past their prime? Yes, but then so are some younger folks who are not productive. I get applicants from some in their 20s who are on welfare or disability who want cash under the table. No way!
While it appears that McCain is following in the same footsteps as Bush, he may or may not. McCain has a record of being his own man and being more centrist than Bush. McCain has crossed the proverbial aisle many times with some criticism from some his more conservative Republicans. McCain is on the foreign relations committee and realizes that we have made commitments to those nations and we are bound to follow through.
By the way, all three candidates are still congressmen. McCain is still working as a senator meeting foreign leaders. So Obama is on the beach. Is congress not still working? Maybe another absent vote for the record.
We need to start concentrating on this nation!!!!!!!!!
That's the cycle I was referring to in the history from 1900. We do need to focus on internal problems and granted a lot of people are agreeing with you. But we should not lose sight of national defense at the expense of health care as an example. Health care will not prevent those terrorists from killing our urban citizens or crashing our airliners. Can we do both? Let's hope so, but many politicians focus on the polls. History says they will spend money on internal problems by reducing the defense budget.
Yeah, but when those terrorists maim us, we can get FREE health care (if we can get an appointment before we die).
But, the sad truth is that there is little defense against terrorist acts. I agree that we should have a strong military, but 400 Billion to fund the Iraq war is total BS!!!! We have defense contractors making billions, we support our defeated enemy, and we still allow our military families to live on far less than they deserve. We lend (without repayment) or give billions more to every podunk country in the world who whines to us while our own people go hungry, homeless, and ill with no healthcare. There is a balance! Spoils of war for one thing! Alexander The Great, Xerxes, and Julius Caesar did not pay to repair the nations they conquered, they took the wealth that was there and used it as they saw fit. We won the war in Iraq, yet we still pay to help them while they retain the oil wealth and their citizens pull sneak attacks that kill our military. Turn the place into a parking lot or a U.S. oil field! We won it, it belongs to us, let's use it for our people! We are the first and only "Mega-Power", and nobody on the planet stands a chance against our present might, and none will for a long time. Why not just be the benevolent conquerers that we presently deny being. Fill the coffers and enjoy the riches!

Romans is one of the most read books of the Bible written by the most prolific NT writer and the passage is in the FIRST CHAPTER, mind you. "OBSCURE"?!!!! AAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Right. Obama's a Christian and I'm a Venezuelan astronaut.
G'ahead.
SC,
Would you mind bringing me back some "Mars rocks" from your next Venezualan lift off? I never thought I would say it, but I am proud to know you, I had no idea you were in that program! Go for it brother!
Sure. When Obama tells the truth about his faith, I'll bring you the rocks.
If Obama wins the nomination, the radio talk shows and the Republican candidate will have a field day bringing out information that the media has ignored.
Nah, they won't. He hasn't had to answer any questions for 2 reasons. He's been pretty much isolated from the media and when they had what little access they had, they asked him questions pretty much "about the weather". That will likely not change.
Sen Obama will go down in history as the least scrutinized presidential candidate ever to conduct a campaign.
Several mainstream journalistic operatives have, in the last week, promised a tougher stance in questioning Sen Obama. Some even predicted that he would encounter a "journalistic onslaught". Yeah riiiight. When pigs/Hillary fly. Reagan may have been teflon coated, and Clinton may have been "slick" but Obama has been Oprahfied.
And besides should the questioning become burdensome Obama has the two patent answers that only his candidacy can legitimately utilize.
a. "It's because I'm almost black isn't it."
b. "Your momma."
Don't bother calling the PC police, I'll save you the trouble and just taze myself, bro.

1.Communists

2. More than 80 attorneys who have been offering free-of-charge legal services to Guantánamo detainees .
Funding for them comes from islamic organizations.
Not surprising that lawyers for Muslim terrorists would support Obama.
3.Keith Ellison
Practicing Muslim and U.S. congressman who was sworn in on the Koran- is passionately behind Obama.
4.Louis Farrakhan
Farrakhan compared Obama to the religion's founder, Fard Muhammad, who also had a white mother and black father.
"A black man with a white mother became a savior to us," he told the crowd of mostly followers. "A black man with a white mother could turn out to be one who can lift America from her fall."
Farrakhan has drawn attention for calling Judaism a "gutter religion" and suggesting crack cocaine might have been a CIA plot to enslave blacks. He made the following remarks:
"God will destroy America by the hands of the Muslims....God will not give Japan or Europe the honor of bringing down the United States; this is an honor God will bestow upon Muslims." - Nation of Islam Leader Louis Farrakhan
"White people are potential humans...they haven't evolved yet."- Nation of Islam Leader Louis Farrakhan

According to a journalist's account, "Farrakhan called 'the white man' the 'anti-Christ' to rousing applause."

Their site says Obama will unite America under one God. Guess WHICH god?
In case there is any doubt as to which "God" these folks are speaking of, the first two paragraphs make it abundantly clear.
With God's Name ~ Quran 49:13 Oh Mankind! We have created you male and female, and have made you nations and tribes that you may know one another. The best of you, in the sight of God, is the best in conduct. Allah is the best knower, aware.
Further troubling are the following "Issues & Solutions" on the site:
-- Institute a Law to allow Muslim Employees to take an hour off from work for Friday Jummah Prayer.
-- Make the 2 Eid's recognized National Holidays on Calendars with days off from work.
-- Provide prayer areas suitable for Salah and Jummah, in public and private facilities. (i.e. Malls, Airports, Universities and government buildings.)
On the right side of the website's homepage is a link to Aswat Al-Islam, a radical Islamic multimedia outlet. Muslim Americans for Obama '08 lists it as "Quran (Audio) English Translation."
7.The Muslim American Society (MAS) is an organization with strong ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
On its website's "Personality Page," the MAS displays a photo and short bio of Barack Hussein Obama along with other prominent Muslims, such as Malcolm X, Saladin and Moqtada al-Sadr.
This is an international Islamist group that largely operates underground. The goal is to spread the rule of Islamic law throughout the world and advocates have violence as a means of doing so.
MAS' magazine, The American Muslim provides a snapshot of where MAS really stands on terrorism. The March 2002 issue includes a fatwa endorsing suicide bombings against Israelis, which states that "martyr operations are not suicide and should not be deemed as unjustifiable means of endangering one's life." The fatwa goes on to say that in suicide bombings, "the Muslim sacrifices his own life for the sake of performing a religious duty, which is jihad against the enemy."

12. Tony Rezko
Chicago slumlord currently undergoing trial for corruption.
During his 12 years in politics, Sen. Barack Obama received nearly three times more campaign cash from indicted businessman, Tony Rezko and his associates, than he has publicly acknowledged, the Chicago Sun-Times has found.
Seven months ago, Obama told the Sun-Times his "best estimate" was that Rezko raised "between $50,000 and $60,000" during Obama's political career.
However, Obama has collected at least $168,308 from Rezko and his circle. Additionally, Obama also has taken in an unknown amount of money from people who attended fund-raising events hosted by Rezko since the mid-1990s.
Involved with Rezko is Iraq Nadhmi Auchi, one of Britain's wealthiest men who helped Mr. Obama buy his mock Georgian mansion in Chicago.

16.Cornel West
At a fundraiser, Obama was introduced by the radical Marxist professor, racist and self-styled rapper, Cornell West, as "my comrade." .
What does this tell you about Obama, when he chooses to be introduced by one of the most radical Marxists in America as, "my comrade?"
Doesn't this tell the American people anything? Has American gone completely crazy?
http://youtube.com/watch?v=zrp-v2tHaDo
As the campaign lingers, the evidence is being gathered and is overwhelming. How can this be untrue? Can there be more hate groups with ulterior motives pushing their agenda down America's throat? Can Obama distance himself from all of his compatriots and their venom, while leading our Country?
Yall better pay attention to what is being attempted within our Nation and boycott Oprah. Ah yes, and don't drink the nectar...if U can read.
can anyone?
He'll do just fine I am sure.
I noticed a "Veterans for Obama" sign out by the Air Station. I'd like to meet him just to ask, "Why".

really say "I will stand by the Muslims"? This clown wants to be the President of our Country or some far off land of OZ in the Muslim World? It is time for reality check.
Quit repeating the same post over and over again. It's getting really old. Can't you come up with something new?
One of Cyberella's (who also goes under the sock puppet name of "Bunnytoes") favorite things tactics is to post an incorrectly cited Obama quote stating that "I will stand with the Muslims". He (or she, or these days, perhaps even a "he-she") has plastered this over hundreds of boards across the country.
The interesting thing is to look first of all is that the actual quote was very specifically made with reference to the plight of Muslim-Americans after 9-11, not all Muslims in general. Secondly, the quote was not only incorrectly cited, it was creatively changed to make it appear as though Obama was supportive of all Muslims.
Here is the actual quote from the book is from page 261 of "the Audacity of Hope" and is as follows:
"Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."
Wow! There's a noticeable difference between what the book actually said and what is implied by "Bunnytoes" aka "Cyberella". This person is obviously a patent liar, whose postings are so pervasive on the internet that one wonders just whose payroll they are on. A quick web search will show that this individual is associated with JTF.org, which is an extremist organization that espouses support for the late terrorist Meir Kahane and his political party KACH, which has been permanently banned by the Knesset in Israel. I would no more ask for an opinion about Jews from a neo-nazi or a black person from a klansman than I would an Arab or Muslim by a KACH terrorist sympathizer.
Finally, before "Cyberella" accuses me of being an Obama "sock puppet", I would like to add that I do not work for the Obama Campaign. Furthermore, I am a resident of West Columbia, and a regular posting on the State Newspaper discussion board for some 5 years. My posts mainly concern the accuracy of information posted, and verification of claims that people make.
In all honesty, I doubt that Cyberella is a resident of this state at all. The only reason I am posting this now is because I have grown very tired of seeing this bogus invective posted on every newspaper site throughout the Carolinas. At least Rock Hill had the guts to ban such lies.
