Why we must NOT vote for Barack Obama

This stranger came out of nowhere with his flowery speeches that his handlers have given him, promising America great things- without specifying how -and droves hang on every word, believe every word and follow without question. If anyone dares to question, they are shouted down with 'Racist'! Bigot'!
This is very very frightening.
It's time to get the message out to a naive public who are jumping on the "black JFK", "camelot","change", "take back America" bandwagon, without questioning who this man is, questioning his past, his present associates and backers and his agenda.

I have done a tremendous amount of research on this man. Some of the best sites are: http://www.examiner.com/a-534540~Can_a_past_of_Islam_change_the_path_to_president_for_Obama_.html,
httphttp://www.freedomsenemies.com/_more/obama.htm://www.usvetdsp.com/dec06/obama_muslim.htm

One of the most amazing things I found was his remarks in his books, "Dreams Of My Father", and "The Audacity of Hope" which I checked out from the library.
It's all there- the admiration for Islam and the disdain for the white race- and it can't be taken out of context. Yet, nobody has/will call him on it.

The remarks from his books are very, very disturbing. Again, the remarks are there- and they are NOT taken out of context.

Example:

Quote from Barack Obama's book, Dreams Of My Father:
"The person who made me proudest of all, though, was [half brother] Roy .. He converted to Islam."

From 'Dreams of my Father', "In Indonesia, I had spent two years at a Muslim school"
"I studied the Koran.."

From 'Audacity of Hope: "Lolo (Obama's step father) followed a brand of Islam ...."I looked to Lolo for guidance".

From 'The Audacity Of Hope, "I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

From The Audacity Of Hope, "We are no longer just a Christian nation," "We are also a Jewish nation, a Muslim nation, a Buddhist nation, a Hindu nation, and a nation of nonbelievers."

From Dreams of My Father, " I FOUND A SOLACE IN NURSING A PERVASIVE SENSE OF GRIEVANCE AND ANIMOSITY AGAINST MY MOTHER'S RACE".

From 'Dreams of my Father', "The emotion between the races could never be pure..... the other race would always remain just that: menacing, alien, and apart."

From 'Dreams of My Father',
"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites"

From Dreams Of My Father, "never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself..".

From Dreams Of My Father:
"That hate hadn't gone away," he wrote, blaming "white people — some cruel, some ignorant, sometimes a single face, sometimes just a faceless image of a system claiming power over our lives."

From Dreams Of My Father;
"There were enough of us on campus to constitute a tribe, and when it came to hanging out many of us chose to function like a tribe, staying close together, traveling in packs," he wrote. "It remained necessary to prove which side you were on,to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names"

From Dreams Of My Father, "I had grown accustomed, everywhere, to suspicions between the races."

Just how clear does Obama have to make his disdain for the white race and his admiration for Islam??

I went to YouTube to look up his speeches to La Raza (Mexican militant support group for illegal aliens) and heard for myself his pandering of the illegals. Go to YouTube and listen to his speeches. Type in Barack Obama, La Raza, illegal aliens and hear him yourself)

Statistics on illegal aliens:
The Heritage Foundation ^ | 10/25/06 | Robert Rector
The National Academy of Sciences has estimated that each immigrant without a high school degree will cost U.S. taxpayers, on average, $89,000 over the course of his or her lifetime.[3] This is a net cost above the value of any taxes the immi*grant will pay and does not include the cost of educating the immigrant’s children, which U.S. taxpayers would also heavily subsidize. In this way, the roughly six million legal immigrants without a high school diploma will impose a net cost of around a half-trillion dollars on U.S. taxpayers over their lifetimes

Crime Statisitcs
95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.
83% of warrants for murder in Phoenix are for illegal aliens.
86% of warrants for murder in Albuquerque are for illegal aliens.
75% of those on the most wanted list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
24.9% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
40.1% of all inmates in Arizona detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
48.2% of all inmates in New Mexico detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
29% (630,000) convicted illegal alien felons fill our state and federal prisons at a cost of $1.6 billion annually.
53% plus of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.
50% plus of all gang members in Los Angeles are illegal aliens from south of the border.
71% plus of all apprehended cars stolen in 2005 in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California were stolen by Illegal aliens or "transport coyotes".
47% of cited/stopped drivers in California have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 47%, 92% are illegal aliens.
63% of cited/stopped drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 63%, 97% are illegal aliens.
66% of cited/stopped drivers in New Mexico have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 66%, 98% are illegal.
Birth Statistics
380,000 plus "anchor babies" were born in the U.S. in 2005 to illegal alien parents, making 380,000 babies automatically U.S.citizens.
97.2% of all costs incurred from those births were paid by the American taxpayers.
66% plus of all births in California are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal whose births were paid for by taxpayers.

Considering the horrific illegal alien problem in this country- that costs us BILLIONS and brings in more violent crime, for Obama to be pandering to the illegal aliens is SHAMEFUL!

Obama's speech to La Raza:

(La Raza (The Race), Largest Hispanic organization in the U.S.
Lobbies for racial preferences, bilingual education, stricter hate crimes laws, mass immigration, and amnesty for illegal aliens )

Obama said the recent Senate immigration debate "was both ugly and racist in a way we haven't see since the struggle for civil rights."

Obama told La Raza that the mass protests lately of for immigration rights of Mexicans is equal in greatness to the civil rights protest of the past!

Omama supports La Raza's, the "DREAM Act," which would mandate states to offer in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens -- thus providing them with benefits not available to U.S. citizens from other states, as well as amnesty and other atrocities. Obama urged Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to sign the Dream Act, a bill that would make illegal immigrant students who graduate from high school eligible for college aid. (Schwarzenegger vetoed a similar measure last year.)

Obama is currently displayed as banner boy on the Project Islamic Hope site. Some of the founders of this organization have been indicted for terrorist support.

Then there is his stance on partial birth abortion. Any Christian in good conscience could not vote for Obama! This issue alone should cancel him out. Shameful!

He is so pro-abortion that he refused as an Illinois state senator to support legislation to protect babies who survived late-term abortions. In a cold blooded speech, he refused to concede that these babies were "persons'- even though they were fully outside their mother's wombs with their hearts beating and their lungs heaving. On the Illinois Senate floor, Obama was the only senator to speak against the baby-protecting bills. He voted "present" on each, effectively the same as a "no."

Obama's voting record. Sen. Barack Obama has missed the most votes of any Democratic presidential hopeful in the Senate over the last two months, including a vote on an Iran resolution he has blasted Sen. Hillary Clinton for supporting.

The Illinois Democrat has missed nearly 80 percent of all votes since September.

Obama routinely avoids voting on any issue that is not helpful to Muslim goals.

For example, Obama missed a vote on a resolution that declared the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, an elite part of the Iranian military, a terrorist organization.

Here we have a man who was BORN INTO ISLAM, expresses his admiration for Islam and vows to stand with the Muslims in his books, a man whose biggest backers are American Muslim activists! Investigate just who this man is, who his backers are.
Are you aware that one of his biggest backers, Tony Rekzo is being brought to trial Feb 25 on federal corruption charges- and that Obama is
linked?
http://www.suntimes.com/news/politics/obama/749138,obama20web.article
Are you aware Raila Odinga, a Muslim radical involved in the disputed Kenya election is Obama's cousin and that he has kept in close contact with him and supported him? Are you aware that in August 2006, Mr. Obama visited Kenya and spoke in support of Mr. Odinga's candidacy at rallies in Nairobi?

Mr. Odinga has an electoral pact with the National Muslim Leaders' Forum — a hardline Islamist organization that represents Kenya's Muslim minority. According to this document, dated August 29, 2007, Mr. Odinga promised the Muslim leaders that, if elected, he would establish Sharia courts, not only in the northern and coastal regions where Kenyan Muslims are concentrated, but throughout the country.
He also promised to impose Muslim dress codes on women, ban alcohol and pork, indoctrinate children, ban Christian preaching.
Odinga is reported to be behind such atrocities as the burning of a Christian church with 50 people inside.

Does this not raise some red flags? Islamic leaders have warned us point blank that they will infiltrate America, infiltrate the government- and destroy us using our own laws and our democracy to destroy us! Come on, people. Wake up, for God's sake!!

I have already been attacked for "swift-boarding", racism, bigotry and lying. This is untrue. I am just an American teacher who loves American and our American way of life.
I hold nothing against a man for the color of his skin. I have stood up for the black race and defended whenever I saw an injustice. I have worked for civil rights for blacks and all minorities.
This has nothing to do with racism, but everything to do with a man born into Islam and who defends it still. A man whose biggest backers are American Muslim activists.
When the facts are out there for investigation, there are no "lies" here.
All I ask is for the public to investigate for themselves. Don't take my word for it. But I WILL NOT stand by while this mans seeks to ride himself all the way into the White House on the insane PC and White Guilt in this country!!

You're a Woman? You should be ashamed of yourself. Oh my lord, a black man USED to be angry at white people? A Christian man USED to consider other religions? I'm ashamed to have people like you living in Beaufort. It's what makes me hate this place as much as I love it.

Among other things regarding Obama, I find this one to be particularly worrisome. He's a more "likable" person than H. Clinton, but no better - politically speaking.

Every time the truth oozes out, as it did again today, Obama’s staff goes crazy and flies into full Clinton-style “war room” damage control.

Barack Hussein Obama is the closest Democrats can come to electing a foreign Muslim President of the United States without actually violating the constitutional requirement that American Presidents be native-born.

Hi I dont know who I will be voting for in the next presidential elections because there is not much option now.I wish we had more options.I dont think any one should vote for Barack just because he's black or Hilary just because she's caucasion.I want to here everyone's opinion here please on who to vote for.

Posted by Marissa89 - Sat, 2008-02-02 19:21

We each have to weigh what we know and compare what we want with each candidate. No candidate is perfect and I know I have to compromise sometimes and pick one that is the closest to my philosophy.

One of our privileges is to vote our conscience. I suggest that you research each candidate and find the closest one that matches your personal criteria.

Having said that, I will vote for....naw, you make your own mind up. Have fun.

The way things look now, it seems that this November we'll have McCain on the ticket for the Republicans and Obama on the ticket for the Democrats.

With those choices I will be voting for Obama. He is more youthful, he seems very sincere, very intelligent, a true gentlemen with his actions and mannerisms, and has a goal to turn things around in Washington - the change that is needed. He is concerned about and will be an advocate for people's rights. He is against continuing this constant war plan we have found ourselves involved in overseas. I recognize many things about Obama that are reminiscent of what I remember about Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his wife Eleanor, Harry S. Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, Carter and Reagan. He also pulls in followers as did the Kennedy brothers.

John Mc Cain is just too military-oriented, his enthusiasm for our military scares me, like his statement that its OK for us to stay in Iraq for 100 years. He seems really oblivious as to how ordinary people are sometimes struggling to get by economically, we can't afford these wars. To continue to support more than 600 military bases worldwide seems ridiculous. Today, his statement that he wants to give veterans plastic cards so they can visit private doctors in our communities for care really bothers me as to where that might lead. Would veterans get care by private physicians that those of us on Medicare are denied?

I think the Republicans will lose in November, regardless of who finally gets on the ticket - it really is time for a change.

Bunny toes,

I have no clue who is paying you and your chorts to spread the racist BS on this blog. What I do know is that nobody with a real life or job has the time to dig up the endless and mindless webpages you provide for us here. As I have clearly stated for a long time here, I am a lifelong card carrying Republican who has never voted a Democratic ticket. Thanks to your drivel and the fact that there isn't a viable Republican candidate still on his or her feet in this race, I am now fully supporting Obama! If you aren't familiar with me you will soon learn that I will be here to counter each and every racist comment or link that you want to post. And, I will do so without the anonymity that you are presently hiding behind. You have absolutely no credibilty here, nor will you ever have. Rave on!
PS, If anyone reads The Audacity of Hope without taking it all out of context as you do, they will see that this man has a vision....for all of us!

You know what I am not racist against any race.I was thinking of voting for Obama myself. But I do know that there are people out their who are voting for one or the other just because of their color.I just wanted to know if anyone had any reasons for not wanting to vote for Obama because someone said something about Obama being pro abortion. Also I said I wish we had more option because like you said there is no longer a viable republican canidate on his or her feet.

Let's add the female factor. Women will vote for Hill just because she's a woman. (I think she is.)

Posted by gwg4544 - Sat, 2008-02-02 20:49

I know many people are fascinated with Obama. He is a charismatic and energetic speaker as well as likable. But I can't vote for him.

Mainly because of his inexperience and liberal philosophy. I tend to vote conservative or moderate, so that alone would delete his name for me. He is considered to be one of the most liberal congresspersons. That is backed up by his endorsement by Ted Kennedy and Kerry who are both liberals. If you are a liberal, then he may be your man.

The president of the US is an awesome job. Think of CEOs of Exxon, Walmart, Microsoft and other huge companies. Would they pick a person with 3 years of experience to head those companies? Not likely. Obama has been in congress a relatively brief time and has no experience in an executive position. Even being a governor, a state executive, would give him some experience. Being president is not a job to learn as you go.

Even the NYT, a liberal newspaper did not choose Obama. Their reason is quote, "he is too undefined." unquote. That means to me that he has too little experience for their staff to endorse him. If they, a liberal newspaper, are unsure of him, how can the voters be so sure of him?

Many voters are ready for a change, but no one has defined what that change is to be. Some think a relative newcomer will be different and can make change. They don't know Washington.

My final question is, if you were choosing a doctor for an important operation, would you want an experienced doctor with a track record of success, or would you choose a new doctor that says he can cure your illness, but can't give you a record of his past successes?

Choosing a president is much more important than a doctor. Choose wisely.

Posted by egret57 - Sat, 2008-02-02 21:04

I would definitly want someone with experience. That's why I wanted to know more info on Obama because anyone can put on a good show to get elected no matter what race.I'm trying to look at all of the views not just some.

I don't need this guy to have a "vision" for me. And neither should you!!!!!!! We should have visions for ourselves and stop looking to the government for help!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly doubt that you're a card-carrying republican. Let's forget about all of the facts except how he continuously proves that he could have been a character in "Animal Farm."

This guy is like the King of Handouts. Watching him pander and promise handouts to ignorant people truly disgusts me.

But his presentation skills are AWESOME! I'll give him credit for that.

I read the books - I'm not impressed.

Posted by unidentified - Sat, 2008-02-02 20:50

Let me say it again for anyone who never read "Animal Farm." Obama is a socialist if I've ever seen one. If you want our country to be more like Cuba, just vote for this guy. He can definitely assist us in our goal of becoming a third-world country - And it doesn't make people racist because they don't support him politically. topgunscooter is obviously trying to play "whiteguilt."

But, honestly, Obama's a flash in the pan. You'll see, mark my words... he won't get the nomination.

Gotta go, see you all tomorrow!

Some folks on this blog have just continued to post blatant lie after lie about the man. Wouldn't the folks fabricating this stuff think that perhaps since Obama is a Senator that perhaps the FBI and NSA (under Republican rule) maybe did a background check. Or did he just sneak into all of those classified briefings he attended. The junk that's getting posted here is web mythology with a racist twist. So no doubt topgun is responding about Obama much the same way I did about Hillary. I may vote for her just to pizz certain people off.
Personal attacks based on lies, rumors, and racial stereotyping and offerred up as political information should be stifled at every appearance. These practices make Nixon look like Mother Teresa. You say Obama will make the US like Cuba. I say this kind of political propaganda makes us look like Guatamala. Take your pick.
You know it's quite possible to get your point across without all the lies. I know this is not the Fox/Limbaugh preferred method but it works.

Sorry, I don't see in color. What I do see is the character that makes up a human being. Obama inexperienced? McCain and Clinton are also Senators, and neither is more experienced. Hillary didn't even have the strength of character to dump her meal ticket when he was caught having something other than sex with Monica. McCain is too old and too gung ho with the lives of others to even be considered. Romney is a trustfunder/industrialist/financier who for a time ran one of the most Liberal states in the Union. He is not as qualified as his father who was soundly trounced in his 1968 bid for the White House. None of the three has ever had an original thought. More and more of the status quo. Obama brings a new and positive message and he does have a vision that includes all of us. Yes, I do have my own vision, and his fits with mine and that of many others. His views are far less socialist than Hillary or Romney. I don't like to bring religion into this, but since others have, it might be prudent to remember that the LDS church is a socialist entity. And, Monica's ex boyfriend's wife will give the treasury away if elected. McCain's stance on things on the other hand is so far right that he makes conservative Republicans look like left wingers.

Obama is a good man with great ideas, and I could care less what color you choose to see him as. He does not deserve the trashing that you and your bigoted friends want to continue to pursue. Then again, until you gain the courage to have an identity, your opinions and ramblings really have no meaning do they?

Posted by gwg4544 - Sun, 2008-02-03 06:22

It is necessary to get McCain out of the way so that Romney can run against Hillary. McCain would stand a better chance than Romney in the general election and that is not part of the plan. The media and political parties are able to sway public opinion as necessary.....however none of us would ever admit to be manipulated so easily.

Political positions are like PUDs in Beaufort, they can be changed as needed along the way. Few if any candidates are so rigid that they can't or don't change positions and that may be good.

You have a point there. And that whole Hussein part of his name brings back old memories you know. What a coincidence that Sadam Hussein has the same last name. And their both muslim. Also Sadam's father is named Hussein al-Majid what a coincidence.Correction Obama say's he's a christian now but his he did go to an Islamic school and both his parents were muslim. So he then comes here and wants to be president.I'm now starting to think that Bill clinton did'nt do such a bad job now lol.But the clintons are running their campaign the wrong way.

C'mon folks, he didn't name himself. His parents did, as yours did.
Get past the bs.

Oh, come on. People forgave Bil when he told them he didn't inhale and when he (in connection with Monica) said it depends on what your definition of "it" is. Can't people give Obama the same level of trust?

Posted by gwg4544 - Mon, 2008-02-04 06:00

Obama was schooled in Indonesia where most schools are either Catholic or Muslim, so what is the choice? His father was born Muslim in Kenya, and his Mom was from Kansas (as were Toto and Dorothy...both card carrying Muslims). Who cares what his religious background is, the last time I checked, this country guaranteed freedom of religion. In 1960 we had trouble dealing with a Catholic candidate, but we elected him and in 3 years he proved his worthiness. Obama is a good man, and he will do a great job if elected. Stop this idiotic witch hunt and look into the man's ideas and morals, you might like them!

it is not going to stop no matter what. you have got to know that. i personally dont care who wins. everyone can jump on me now. i do not vote for people. they all lie. from everything i have seen, they never do what they promised to do and almost always do what they promised not to do. so whats the point in choosing someone based on their political stands. thet are for sale to the highest bidder. until this stops i will not vote for anyone. i do vote for things however.and both hillary and obama have made complete a**es of themselves lately. like a schoolyard hissy fit. my 10 year old acts more mature than that if i voted i would have voted for edwards. at least he displays himself as an adult.
