My family and I went to Duke's BBQ Sunday for a fundrasiser to help one of our best Investigator Rhodes who is battling cancer. Dukes was ran by a all volunteer corps. There was a couple of bluesgrass bands that played. There was even helicopter rides offered. By the rough estimates which were not accurate I'd guess at least 2500 people were served. That really says alot about our town. I don't know Officer Rhodes but, that doesn't matter it's the fact that I can do the smallest thing for one of my heroes that the reason I went....and the BBQ. I'm really surprised that didn't get a write up in the paper today.
