This is the actual answering machine message for the school. This came about because they implemented a policy requiring students and parents to be responsible for their children's absences and missing homework.

I am truly disturbed about a blog entry about the Burton Man and hid Illinois warrant. The blogger suggested a family relationship between him and a Roy Dean White. There was a tragedy around 1998 concerning a Shell Point 2nd grader, I am purposly not using her family name to prevent any further injury to them over their loss. However, if the blog reply information is true, the identity of the blogger is known. I hope that there is no connection between the 1998 rape and murder and this Roy Dean White.
