SO EXACTLY WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET THE DEATH PENALTY IN BEAUFORT COUNTY
Submitted by anjil29920 on Thu, 2008-04-10 17:03.TWO BRETT KINNEY KILLERS---LIFE
WELDEN KILLER----LIFE
MULTIPLE CHILD KILLERS---NOT EVEN 20 YEARS
I GUESS YOU ONLY GET DEATH IF YOU KILL A COP. IF THERE WERE POSTER CHILDREN FOR THE DEATH PENALTY, WICK, MORGAN-MAJORS, AND DYKES WOULD BE IT. NO VIOLENT HISTORY? WHAT ABOUT THE ARMED ROBBERY? AND IF SOMEONE HAD COME FORWARD WITH OTHER INFO(OF WHOM I WILL NOT NAME, THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE) MAYBE WICK WOULD HAVE GOT WHAT HE DESERVED!

sanford praising DOT
Submitted by anjil29920 on Fri, 2007-06-15 17:08.typical government rubbing each others back. DOT did the job they are paid to do. That is expected. It is the company hired to do the repairs who deserve the praise. They are the ones out there working their butts off to get this done. If i remember correctly the declined any bonus ($$$) for the job being done ahead of schedule. If that had been offered to any govt. agency they would have jumped all over it. They probably would have demanded it if it wasn't offered. My hats off to the guys on the bridge actually doing the work!

dykeman---guilty
Submitted by anjil29920 on Wed, 2007-04-18 17:43.WTOC just reported that he was found guilty and already sentenced to life in prison. Justice served. I believe it should have been death, but at least he will probably live the rest of his life in prison.

Saddam's execution
Submitted by anjil29920 on Sun, 2006-12-31 21:25.I have been very surprised to see that no one has commented on the execution of Saddam. Maybe the fact that I have now opened the subject people might post their feelings on the matter. I am just curious as to how the rest of the people around here feel about this event. I personally think it took too long to accomplish but I guess the end result is what matters and he deserved to die.

Boat Landings
Submitted by anjil29920 on Sun, 2006-11-19 10:57.I just read the article in todays paper obout user fees and other rules that may be implemented regarding the use of our boat landings. All of them sound like great ideas but I also think they should be considering a rule to prevent people who do not have a boat from taking the parking spots at the landing. I know not all the landings have the problem with limited parking but ladies island does. During any holiday or event that most boaters go out for, it is almost impossible to get a spot unless you get there before 10 am. Or maybe they could take some of that land next to the landing and make a bigger parking lot.

First Student needs to go
Submitted by anjil29920 on Fri, 2006-09-15 17:13.The bus service for our children sucks! For the second time in 3 weeks my child we be home 75 minutes late. Why?
Well I was told by the school who called me at about 4:20
that the substitute bus driver just forgot to pick up the kids. What the hell is wrong with this company. I have talked to several other parents whom also have a variety of problems with the buses. My child participates in extracuricular activities, which thank goodness have not been effected...yet. I just might go to the next school board meeting at let them know personally about this problem. Calling First Student has never been an option, they give you lame answers and act like it's not their problem.
